Installation Instructions

1Important: The new appliance may only be installed and connected by a

qualified electrician / competent person.

1Please observe this instruction, otherwise the warranty will not cover any

damage that may occur.

Safety Instructions for the Installer

•A device must be provided in the electrical installation which allows the

appliance to be disconnected from the mains at all poles with a contact

opening width of at least 3 mm.

Suitable isolation devices are, for example, circuit breakers, fuses (screw-

type fuses are to be removed from the holder), earth leakage trips and

contactors.

•The installation must guarantee shock protection.

•The stability of the unit in which the appliance is fitted must satisfy the re-

quirements of DIN 68930.

•Built-in ovens and hobs are fitted with special connector systems. They

may only be combined with appliances with a matching system.
