Troubleshooting

Before calling a service technician, please check the following table for a possible cause of the problem and some solutions,

Customer important notice: If the TV functions cannot be operated, unplug the AC cord from AC power source, wait at least 1 minute, then re=plug AC cord, This will reset the -iV settings and should restore -iV to normal operation,

TV will not turn on

No picture, no sound

No sound, picture OK
