Viewing the Receive and Transmit Activity on 4H4284-49

Onthe4H428449DFEGold module,youcanviewthereceiveandtransmitactivityon
theRXandTXLEDs.However,onlyonegroupof12portsmaybeviewedatatimeonthe
4H428449.
Toviewthereceiveandtransmitactivityonagroupofsegments,presstheGROUP
SELECTbutton(seeFigure43)tosteptothegroupofinterest(Groups1through4).Each
timetheGROUPSELECTbuttonispressed,theGROUPLEDlightsupinsequence,
indicatingwhichgroupisselected.Thereceiveandtransmitactivityforthatgroupof
segmentsisthenindicatedbytheRXandTXLEDsforeachport.

Note: The terms flashing, blinking, solid, and Alternately used in Tabl e 4-1 indicate
the following:
Flashing indicates an LED is flashing randomly.
Blinking indicates an LED is flashing at a steady rate (approximately 50% on, 50% off).
Solid indicates a steady LED light. No pulsing.
Alternately indicates an LED is flashing at a steady rate other than 50% on, 50% off.
