You can’t insert the CD/DVD tray easily.

Don’t force the CD/DVD tray into the printer. Turn on your printer and follow all the steps beginning on page 70.

The CD/DVD tray ejects when you start a CD/DVD print job.

Follow the steps on page 70 to reinsert the CD/DVD tray. Make sure you press the

)paper button to load the tray before sending your print job again.

The CD/DVD tray doesn’t eject after printing.

Gently pull out the tray and press the ) paper button to turn off the ) paper light.

Your design is not positioned correctly on the CD or DVD.

You need to adjust the print position in Epson Print CD; see page 74.

The image is inverted, as if viewed in a mirror.

Turn off Mirror Image in the printer software or the mirror setting in your program. See page 31 (Windows) or page 38 (Macintosh) for instructions.

The printer prints blank pages.

■Make sure your printer is selected in the Print window, or in the Macintosh Printer Setup Utility or Print Center.
