When you unpack your printer, be sure that the box contains all of the items shown:

Paper separator

Paper feed knob Ribbon cassette

Also be sure that you have an Epson Printer Interface Cartridge (PIP’) specifically designed for use with your computer. The PIC is sold separately and comes with its own operation. manual.
