You should note that when using this feature,
transferring takes a longer time.
Rotating your photos
Use the Rotate Photo buttons when you want to change
the orientation of your photos. The photos rotat e in a
clockwise or counter-clockwise direction in 90 de gree
increments.
When you click a Rotate Photo button, the picture
rotates and the progress meter indicates progre ss. T he
selected thumbnails are updated to visually refle ct th eir
new orientation. When you use the Save to Folder,
Export Photo and Get Phot o(s) buttons, or OLE
drag-and-drop, the orientation of the image transferred
from the camera matches the thumbnail.
Note:
The rotation of a photo on the Camera Tab menu doe s
not change the photo’s original orientation in the camera.
It simply specifies the target orientation when retrieved
from the camera.
Using the Folder Menu When you click the Folder tab, the Folder me nu o pen s
and thumbnails of images in the selected folder appear in
the image selection window. The name of the selected
folder is displayed below the window.
The images displayed in the Folder menu’s selection
window can be transferred to applications using the
methods described on page 2-15.
The major differen ce between the Fol d e r menu and the
Camera menu is that the Folder menu does not have a
photo save button, but does have a Browse button and
an Upload Photos button. The Browse button allows you
to open a dialog box to find the folder containing the
images you want to download or save. The Upload
Photos button allows you to upload images saved in
EPSON Photo file format from your computer t o y our
camera.
