Red ) paper out light | If you’re printing on paper, it is jammed in the printer. |
and green P power | Press the ) paper button to eject the paper. If that |
light flash | doesn’t work, turn off the printer, open the cover, and pull |
| the paper out from the front, including any torn pieces. |

Printing Problems
■Make sure your paper is loaded short edge first and is positioned against the right side with the edge guide against its left side. Don’t load paper above the arrow mark inside the edge guide.
■Make sure the paper size settings are correct for the paper you loaded.
■Load paper with the printable side facing the front of the printer.
■Make sure the front tray is in the correct position for paper or CD/DVD printing.
