Divert

Call divert enables you to forward calls to another phone number.

DTMF or touch tone

Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) allows you to send number key presses as tone signals over the telephone line. These tones can be used for interactive telephone services, for accessing an answering machine, etc.

External call

A call is external when a phone connected to the network makes or receives a call via an external line.

External line prefix

The external line prefix (for example a ‘0’) may be required before you can make an external call.
