LICHT ÜBER DER HANDKURBEL

Die rote Lampe zeigt an, dass das Radio eingeschaltet ist. Grün zeigt an, dass die Handkurbel genügend Ladefähigkeit besitzt.

LCD HINTERGRUNDBELEUCHTUNG

Die DISP Taste drücken, um die Hintergrundbeleuchtung für das LCD und die Tasten darüber einzuschalten. Sie schaltet sich nach etwa 5 Sekunden automatisch ab.

Wellenbereichsauswahi UND SENDER EINSTELLEN

Die US Ausgabe empfängt auf den Bereichen MW(520-1710 KHz), UKW (87.5-108 MHz) und Kurzwelle (5.8-21.8 MHz).

Die europäische Ausgabe empfängt auf den Bereichen MW (531- 1611 KHz), UKW (87.5-108 MHz) und Kurzwelle (5.8-21.8 MHz) Radio einschalten. Mit dem Regler über der TUNE-taste (Radio rechte Seite) MW, UKW oder SW1/SW2 auswählen.

Wenn Sie UKW oder Kurzwelle hören die Teleskopantenne ganz ausziehen. Wenn Sie MW-Sender einstellen, wird die Teleskopantenne nicht benötigt und kann eingezogen werden. Die Sender durch Drehen des TUNE-Reglers (Radio rechte Seite) einstellen.

Alternativ können Sie den automatischen Suchlauf benutzen: Mittels der DOWN - oder UP – Taste starten Sie den Suchlauf. Der Suchlauf stoppt automatisch bei empfangswürdigen Sendern.

KURZWELLE HÖREN

Kurzwelle ermöglicht es, Radiosendungen über große Distanzen international und über Kontinente hinweg zu hören. Die folgende Information hilft dabei, das beste Ergebnis beim Empfang zu haben.

•Tagsüber sind Frequenzen über 13 MHz die besten.

•Nachts sind Frequenzen unter 13 MHz meistens am besten.

•Bei Sonnenauf- und Untergang ist der gesamte Kurzwellenbereich gut.
