Filter Maintenance Schedule

Maintenance Schedule is also located on back side of dust cup.

!Assemble the vacuum cleaner before using. Moving parts. Make sure ON/OFF switch is in OFF (O) position before plugging in power cord.

DUST CUP – Empty after each use

EXT-U Belt

Push lever to release bottom lid.	Close bottom lid
Debris will empty.	until it clicks.

FILTER DCF21 – Clean or replace regularly to maintain suction

Empty cup. Pull back	Pull out filter cover,	Rinse cover, filter and
latch to lift off lid.	filter and screen.	screen; dry thoroughly.

Align tab on screen	Reinstall filter cover,	Align lid at front; press down
with slot in cup.	and filter.	until lid snaps into place.
LID WILL NOT CLOSE WITHOUT FILTER IN PLACE
HEPA FILTER HF10 – Replace within 6 months
Lift latch to	Lay flat and	Replace	Replace door
remove dust cup.	unlock door.	filter.	and lock.

BRUSH ROLL – Clean monthly

EXT-U BELT – Replace worn, cut or out of shape belt
