1.Important safety instructions

1.1Keep the Power Pak well ventilated in order to properly disperse heat generated while it is in use. Make sure that there are several inches of clearance around the top and sides and do not block the slots of the Power Pak.

1.2Make sure that the Power Pak is not close to any potential source of flam- mable fumes, gases or clothing.

1.3Keep the Power Pak dry.

1.4DO NOT allow the Power Pak to come into contact with rain or moisture.

1.5DO NOT operate the Power Pak if you, the Power Pak, the device being operated, or any other surfaces that may come in contact with any power source are wet. Water and many other liquids can conduct electricity, which may lead to serious injury.

1.6Do not place the Power Pak on or near heating vents, radiators or other sources of heat.

1.7Do not modify the AC receptacle in any way.

1.8This device does not include an internal Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).

1.9Never charge a frozen battery; therefore, do not permit the internal battery of the Power Pak to freeze. A fully charged battery will not freeze - refer to storage section of the manual.

1.10WARNING: Pursuant to California Proposition 65, this product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth de- fects or other reproductive harm.
