J. FX BLEND - Adjusts the amount of effects loop “wet” signal mixed with the “dry” signal.

K. PRE/POST - Supplies the LINE OUT {N} jack with the signal either before or after it is processed by the amplifier’s equalization/tone circuits.

PRE—EQ bypassed

POST—EQ active

L.LINE LEVEL - Adjusts the output level of the LINE OUT jack {N}.

M.GROUND LIFT - Disconnects the LINE OUT {N} ground connection (pin-1) which may reduce hum noise in some situations.

GROUNDED (normal)

N.LINE OUT - This jack allows you to send signal from the preamp section out to an external source (such as a house mixing console or a recording device). The on board “level” control allows for adjustment of signal strength. Use the “Pre/Post” control to select if you would prefer the bass signal to be affected by the EQ changes you make (post) or before the EQ, to

give an unaffected signal (pre). The “Ground Lift” is there to eliminate buzz resulting from connection to improperly grounded equipment.

O. MUTE - Disables all amplifier outputs except for TUNER OUT {X}. The LED flashes when MUTE is active.

P.MASTER - Adjusts the power amp signal level. Use together with VOLUME {C} to set the overall loudness of the amplifier.

PWR AMP CLIP—Indicates power amp clipping. Reduce MASTER level if you hear distortion when this LED is on.

Q.POWER - Switches the amplifier on-off. Illuminates when the unit is powered on.

S. IEC POWER SOCKET -

Connect the included power cord to a grounded AC receptacle in compliance with the voltage and frequency ratings specified on the rear panel of your amplifier.

T. PARALLEL SPEAKER OUTPUTS - Use the 1/4" phone jacks and Speakon® connector in any combination to connect a total speaker load of 4–ohms minimum. Combo units have a 4-ohm internal speaker load for maximum power output. The following configurations are recommended:

One 4–ohm speaker

Two 8–ohm speakers

U.HEADPHONES - Connect your headphones here. Disconnect speaker connections for private listening.

V.AUX IN - RCA input jacks for connecting your drum machine or CD/tape player. Control the level of this input at its source.

W.EFFECTS - (1) Effects Loop - Connect SEND to the input of your effects device and the output of the effects device to RETURN. (2) Multiple Amplifiers - Connect SEND on the primary unit to RETURN on the auxiliary unit. The primary unit controls all auxiliary units except MASTER.

X.TUNER OUT - Connection for your bass tuner. Use MUTE {O} for silent tune-ups.

Y.HORN LEVEL -

(combo units only) Adjusts the

volume level of the horn.

FUSE

2A 250V

Z. FUSE - (combo units only) MIN. MAX.

HORN

LEVEL

Protects the horn from overload damage. If the horn stops

responding, replace the fuse with the same type and rating as specified on your amplifier (F2A, 250V).
