Ensure edge of tape lines up with outer edge of cooktop

Foam Tape
1 Turn the cooktop upside down and place it on a soft surface.
2 Spread the seal around the edges, with the adhesive side facing down to form a continuous seal around the cooktop.
3Using a sharp cutter or trimmer knife, trim the excess sealing material around the edge of the cooktop. Take care not to damage the countertop.
