•Unbuckle the restraint belts from the
restraint pad.Push the restraint belts back
through the slots in the pad .
•Fit the pad upper pocket onto the seat back tube .
•Lift the footrest.Fit the pad lower pocket onto the footrest .
Lower the footrest.
