Check Buckle Position

If the buckle is touching the vehicle belt path opening (Figs. 1 and 2) after the vehicle belt is tightened, move the child restraint to another seating position in the vehicle to achieve the correct position (Figs. 3 and 4). Contact your vehicle manufacturer for assistance if you cannot achieve the correct buckle position.
