12 Displays the set user bit value in a particular clip. A user
bit value must be added for this to display, refer to UB
SET on page 72.
11 ABSOLUTE
12 Displays an absolute timecode value for the particular
session: the sum of all COUNTER timecodes on
connected volumes.
Absolute is primarily used when setting the FS-C to AV/
C mode and controlling it with an external FireWire
device, such as a computer.
DV (NTSC or PAL) and HD
The information displayed in fields 11 and 12 depends, in part, on which
Recorder Mode is set.
DV RECORDER
Line 11 displays the Standard Definition (SD) video format. It can not be
changed.
HD RECORDER
Line 11 displays the HD resolution of the current track which depends on
the camcorder in use with the FS-C HD unit. Possible values are:
• 1080/50i TC
• 1080/60i TC
• 1080/30F
• 1080/24F
• 1080/25F
• 720/60 TC
• 720/50 TC
• 720/30p TC
• 720/25p TC
• 720/24p TC
• 576/50p TC
• 480/60p TC
