The oven is heated by hot air which is circulated evenly by a motorised fan and hea- ted by electrical resistor positioned around the fan. The temperature of the oven is kept constant at the value set for the whole cooking time.

For the best cooking results, always use the lower shelf to cook any type of food and the upper shelf only for grilling, toasting or gratineeing.
