6.The next window shows the driver file found on the CD-ROM. Confirm with "Next".

7.Click on "Finish" in the next window.

8.In order for the changes to take effect, you must restart your computer.

Note: You can plug the drive in and unplug it at the FireWire port while the PC is running. The drive will be recognized automati- cally under "My Computer" when it is reconnected ("hot plug & play").
