Para detener el funcionamiento

Presione el botón de marcha/paro (START/STOP) (Fig.6 Q).

La lámpara de funcionamiento (OPERATION) de la unidad interior (roja) (Fig. 3 5) se apagará.

AUTO: ● Cuando se inicia el funcionamiento de cambio automático (AUTO CHANGEOVER), el ventilador funciona a velocidad muy lenta durante un minuto más o menos y durante este tiempo el aparato detecta las condicio- nes de la sala y selecciona el modo de funcionamiento adecuado.

Si la diferencia entre el ajuste del termostato y la temperatura real de la sala es superior a +4 °F → Funcionamiento de refrigeración o deshumectación

Si la diferencia entre el ajuste del termostato y la temperatura real de la habitación es de +4 °F o menos → Funcionamiento de monitor.

●Cuando el termostato del acondicionador de aire se ha ajustado casi a la temperatura de la habitación o ésta cae por debajo del ajuste del termostato, se iniciará el funcionamiento de monitor. En el modo de funcionamiento del monitor, el ventilador funcionará a velocidad baja. Si la temperatura de la sala cambia posteriormente, el acondicionador de aire seleccionará nuevamente el funcionamiento adecuado (cale- facción, refrigeración) para ajustar la temperatura al valor establecido en el termostato.

(El modo de monitor funciona en un rango de temperatura de +4 °F o menos con respecto al ajuste del termostato.)

●Si el modo seleccionado automáticamente por el aparato no es el de- seado, seleccione un modo de funcionamiento (Calefacción, Refrige- ración, Deshumectación, Ventilación.)

Notas sobre el funcionamiento de los modos

Refrigeración:

●Se emplea para refrigerar la sala.

Deshumectación:

●Se emplea para enfriar un poco mientras se deshumecta la sala.

●No podrá calentar la sala durante el modo de deshumectación.

●Durante el modo de deshumectación, el aparato funcionará a baja ve- locidad; para poder ajustar la humedad de la sala, es posible que el ventilador de la unidad interior se pare de vez en cuando. Además, el ventilador puede funcionar a velocidad muy baja cuando se ajusta la humedad de la sala.

●La velocidad del ventilador no puede cambiarse manualmente cuando se ha seleccionado el modo de deshumectación.

Ventilación:

●Se emplea para hace circular el aire por la sala.

Durante el modo refrigeración/ deshumectación:

Ajuste el termostato a un ajuste de la tem- peratura que sea más bajo que la tempe- ratura actual de la sala. Los modos de re- frigeración y deshumectación no funcio- narán si se ajusta el termostato más alto que la temperatura actual de la sala (en el modo de refrigeración, sólo funciona- rá el ventilador).

Durante el modo de ventilación:

No podrá emplear el aparato para ni re- frigeración de la sala.
