Continuous AF

Use this button to take pictures of a moving subject. Using Continuous AF mode reduces the time required for focusing.

Available Shooting modes: All except

ASet the Focus mode selector switch to C-AF.	CPress the shutter button down halfway to focus on the
	subject, and then press it down fully to take the picture.

CAUTION

• Because the camera focuses continuously without pressing the shutter button, note the following:

2000 F2.8- Watch the battery level carefully since the camera consumes more power in this mode than in other Focus modes (S-AF and MF).

- If the [ AUTO POWER OFF] function is set to [OFF], particular attention must be given to the battery level.

• When Continuous AF is set, [HAF MODE] of Shooting mode is automatically set to [ CENTER].
