	The Setup Menu
JLCD BRIGHTNESS	(defaults to 0)
Control the brightness of the display.
NAUTO POWER OFF	(defaults to 2 MIN)

Choose the length of time before the camera turns off automatically when no operations are performed. Shorter times increase battery life; if OFF is selected, the camera must be turned off manually. Note that in some situations the camera turns off automatically even when OFF is selected.

LDUAL IS MODE (defaults to L)

Choose from the following image stabilization options:

Option	Description
LCONTINUOUS + MOTION	Image stabilization on. If + MOTION is selected, the camera will ad-
lCONTINUOUS	just shutter speed to reduce motion blur when a moving objects
	are detected.
MSHOOTING + MOTION	As above, except that image stabilization is performed only when
mSHOOTING ONLY	the shutter button is pressed halfway or the shutter is released.
OFF	Image stabilization off. Choose this option when using a tripod.

R+ MOTION has no effect when sensitivity is set to a fi xed value, and may also be unavailable at some other combinations of settings. The effect may vary with lighting conditions and the speed at which the object is moving.

BRED EYE REMOVAL (defaults to ON)

Choose ON to remove red-eye effects caused by the fl ash when shooting with Intelligent Face Detection.

RRed-eye reduction is performed only when a face is detected.
