ES 1 Color Curve

Selects echo level versus presentation color

 

 

curve for echo sounder 1.

 

 

Linear: Weak echoes are not as conspicuous

 

 

as

 

 

in log setting. Useful for eliminating

 

 

weak echoes.

 

 

Log: Weak echoes are painted in "stronger"

 

 

colors. The higher the setting the easier

 

 

are weaker echoes to see on the display.

 

 

 

 

ES 2 Color Curve

Same as above except for echo sounder 2.

 

 

 

 

Picture Advance

Sets picture advance speed for the echo

Sets angle from ship's bow for sampling
