Troubleshooting
Symptom | Corrective Action |

Machine will not start. | Plug unit in. |
| Switch unit to Power On by pressing the forward |
| button (green LED lights). |
| Feed paper in to the center of the feed opening |
| where the auto sensing photo cell is located. |
| Close the cabinet door. |
| Empty the shred bag. |
| Close safety guard. |

|
Bag full indicator lights | Unplug unit from electrical outlet. |
but bag is not full. | Remover paper debris between the cutting head |
