•Make sure the unit it turned on.
•Memory is full, erase some messages.
•Check the AC power supply and phone line connections.
INCOMING MESSAGES ARE INCOMPLETE
•Was an extension picked up during message recording?
•The caller left a message that is longer than the allowable message length.
•Memory is full.
•You accidentally pressed STOP button when you were playing the messages.
