KEEP WARM SETTING: The Temperature Control Probe has a Keep Warm range setting of approximately 160° to 180° F. The indicator light will cycle ON and OFF when this setting is maintaining the desired temperature. NOTE: During initial use of this appliance, some slight smoke and/or odor may be detected. This is normal with many heating appliances and will not recur after a few uses. Only
