Drip tray

The drip tray should be cleaned once a month or |

as needed. |

To remove the drip tray, first remove the baffle |
| |
grease filters. Grasp both ends of the drip tray. |
| |
Gently lift the drip tray up until the bottom of it |
| |
clears the track. Pull the drip tray forward, being |
| |
careful not to spill the contents, and move it to a |
| |
nearby trash receptacle. |
| |
To clean the drip tray, drain and wipe all excess |
| |
grease with a dry paper towel. Wash with warm |
| |
soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry with a |
| |
clean cloth. |

To replace the drip tray, lift it up and into the | Drip tray | |
track on the hood. Replace baffle grease filters. | ||

Light bulbs
NOTE: The glass cover should be removed only when cool.
CAUTION:
Before replacing the bulb, disconnect electrical power to the hood at the main fuse or circuit breaker or main power disconnect switch located on the control housing. Allow bulbs to cool before touching.
For safety, do not touch a hot bulb with bare hands or a damp cloth.
To change the light bulbs:
1.Remove the lamp lens cover by inserting a small
NOTE: Do not remove the outer trim ring (lamp assembly).
2.Grasp the bulb and pull it straight out.
3.Using gloves or a dry cloth, remove the new bulb from the packaging. (Wearing latex gloves may offer a better grip.) The bulb must be the same wattage,
4.Push the bulb straight all the way into the receptacle.
5.Replace the lens cover by inserting the three retaining tabs into the slots and pressing into place.
NOTE: For improved lighting, clean the glass cover frequently using a damp cloth. This should be done when the hood is completely cool.
6.Reconnect electrical power to the hood.
