HOW IT WORKS

Millions of airborne particulates and gases travel through the heating/cooling system 4-5 times every hour. The HEPA air cleaner connects to the return air duct and diverts ⅓ to ½ of this dirty air through a tightly sealed three-stage filtration system. A home can reach as many as 67 whole-house air changes per day, depending on the house size and model chosen. When a Goodman® brand high-efficiency air cleaner is added to the return air, the home can achieve 96-120 whole-house air changes per day (with system fan on continuously).

No other HEPA air cleaner, Turbulent Flow Precipitator (TFP) or HEPA Energy/ Heat Recovery Ventilator combination can clean a home with the power and efficiency of a Goodman® brand Whole- House HEPA air- cleaning system.

GDMHEPA, GHEPA specifications

Goodman Manufacturing, a leading name in the HVAC industry, has made significant strides in developing advanced air filtration systems, notably the GDMHEPA and GHEPA models. These high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) systems are designed to meet the growing demand for enhanced indoor air quality in residential and commercial spaces.

The primary feature of the GDMHEPA and GHEPA systems is their ability to filter out a significant percentage of airborne particles, including dust, pollen, pet dander, and even some harmful microorganisms. These systems are equipped with HEPA filters that can capture particles as small as 0.3 microns, ensuring cleaner and healthier air for occupants. This is particularly beneficial for individuals with allergies or respiratory issues, as the improved air quality can help mitigate symptoms and promote overall well-being.

These HVAC systems utilize advanced technologies that enhance their efficiency and functionality. One notable innovation is the incorporation of multi-stage filtration processes. In addition to the HEPA filter, these units often feature pre-filters that catch larger particles and extend the lifespan of the main HEPA component. This multi-faceted approach not only improves air quality but also reduces maintenance costs.

Energy efficiency is another hallmark of the GDMHEPA and GHEPA systems. Goodman has engineered these models to operate with minimal energy consumption while delivering optimal performance. This aligns with growing environmental concerns and the need for cost-effective HVAC solutions. Many consumers can benefit from lower utility bills without compromising air quality.

Furthermore, both GDMHEPA and GHEPA models come with user-friendly interfaces that provide real-time data on air quality levels. This feature allows homeowners and facility managers to monitor the effectiveness of their air filtration systems easily. Smart technology integration is another characteristic, with some models offering compatibility with home automation systems for enhanced control over air quality settings.

In summary, Goodman Mfg’s GDMHEPA and GHEPA air filtration systems exemplify the perfect blend of efficiency, advanced technology, and user convenience. Their exceptional filtration capabilities make them an ideal choice for those seeking to improve indoor air quality, particularly in environments where cleanliness is paramount. Whether in residential or commercial applications, these systems represent a commitment to healthier living through innovative HVAC solutions.
