3.1Warnings for Use as Infant Restraint

•DONOT INSTALL OR USE THIS INFANTRESTRAINT AND

•FAILURETO PROPERLYUSE THIS INFANT RESTRAINT AND
BASEINCREASES THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR
DEATHIN A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH. Yourchild can be
injuredin a vehicle even if you are not in a crash. Sudden
brakingand shar p turns can injure your child if the infantrestraint
isnot proper ly installed or if yourchild is not proper ly secured in
the infantrestraint.
•PLACETHIS INFANT RESTRAINT IN A REAR-FACING
POSITIONwhen using it in the vehicle.
•DONOT PLACE THIS INFANT RESTRAINT IN AVEHICLE
SEATINGLOCATION THATHAS A FRONT
AIRBAG. If the air bag inflates, it can hit the
