ToInstall Locking Clip: (DO NOT use with base)
1. Tightenthe buckled belt by pushing down
hardon the infant restraint and pulling hard
onthe shoulder belt.
2. Whilepushing down on infant restraint, pinch
thetwo straps together behind the buckle
tongue.Unbuckle the belt
withoutallowing it to slip.
3. Connectlap and shoulderbelts
withlocking clip as shown
and.
4. Rebucklebelt. Check that lap belt
doesnot move by pulling and
pushinghard on infant restraint.
If belt loosensor lengthens,
repeatprocedure.
