Non-adjustable Base:
14.Make sure the safety seat/base is not tilted sideways on the vehicle seat. Check the level indicator. You must look straight on at the indicator.
If the indicator shows ONLY blue, the safety seat is properly leveled.
If any orange is showing in the level indicator, the safety seat/base is either too upright or too reclined. If the safety seat/base is too upright, place rolled towels as shown until indicator shows ONLY blue . If the safety seat is too reclined, shift safety seat as shown until indicator shows ONLY blue .

Both Bases:
Tighten belt through base (see step 10 on page 46), then reinstall safety seat. Level indicator should now show ONLY
