StepWrap bottom1. edge of seat pad around the foot end of seat as shown.

StepWrap the2top. edge of the seat pad around the head end of the seat as shown.

On side of seat, wrap elastic strap	➌
around the handle as shown.
Skip Steps 3 and 4 if your model
does not include straps.

StepFasten strap4. to hook that is attached to the seat pad. Repeat steps for the elastic strap and hook on the other side of the seat pad.
