Secure your child at all times with the restraint system provided, either in the reclining or upright position. The tray is not designed to hold your child in the product. It is recommended that the product be used in the upright position only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
ssTHIS PRODUCT IS DESIGNED AS A highchair for use with child up to 3 years of age or as a child’s booster seat for use with a child up to 6 years of age and up to 60 lbs.
ssDO NOT FORCE TRAY against child. Use only the three adjustment positions. Be sure both adjustment fingers are engaged in armrest slots.
ssSTRANGULATION HAZARD Do not place product in any location where there are cords, such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.

ssDO NOT ADJUST the height or recline of product with your child in it.
s NEVER USE the infant seat not attached to toddler booster or youth chair.
s ALWAYS USE booster straps to attach toddler booster to any chair. Always ensure straps are pulled tight.
ssIF TODDLER BOOSTER CANNOT be securely and safely attached to the adult chair, do not use toddler booster with that chair.
ssUNTIL CHILD IS ABLE to get in and out of the toddler booster or infant feeding booster without help (about 2 1⁄2 years old), the child should be secured in the booster seat at all times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
ssTHIS TODDLER BOOSTER is designed to be used by a child up to 60lbs (27.3kg).
ssUSE ONLY Blossom highchair accessories with this product.
ssREMOVABLE SEAT BACK INSERT must be used with child less than 36 months. Always use harness. FOR USE ONLY with the Blossom youth chair or toddler booster.

ssYOUTH CHAIR without removable seat back insert is only for child 36 months and older.
