Check harness system:

REAR-FACING

ss Rear-facing - 4-40 lbs (1.8-18 kg) Harness straps must be through bottom or middle slots at or below shoulders.

ss (ARNESS HEIGHTSMUST BEEat or below child’s shoulders.

Head support and body support MUST be used if shoulders are below lowest slots.

ss 4OP OF HEAD MUSTEBE AT LEASTS1” below the	1” (2.5cm)
top of the child restraint.
