14.0 Using Your Child Restraint WITHOUT Built-in Harness

FAILURE TO PROPERLY SECURE YOUR CHILD IN THE CHILD

RESTRAINT INCREASES THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR

DEATH IN THE EVENT OF A SHARP TURN, SUDDEN STOP OR

CRASH. In a crash the child restraint provides NO protection for your child unless the vehicle lap/ shoulder belt is properly secured. Follow these instructions carefully to properly secure your child.

WARNING! Use only the vehicle lap and shoulder belt system when restraining the child in the booster seat. LATCH will not secure your child in the booster seat ™.
