3)Removevalve assembly including retainer, spring, valve and valve seat from valve cavity.
NOTE: Valve assembly maycome apart during removal.
4)Replacevalveparts with service

1)Removethe four (4) hex nuts from themanifold. 2 ) Separatethemanifold from the crankcase.
NOTE: It may be necessary to tapmanifoldlightly with mallet to loosen.
CAUTION:
plungerswhenremoving to avoid damage to either plungers or seals.
3)Carefully examine each plunger for any scoring and replace if necessary.
