TEST BATTERY STRENGTH:
1.Turn the unit on. Remove the Magnetic Sensor for an audio verification of alarm sound.
2.Press the Battery Check Button and observe the brightness of the LED indicator to assess the battery strength. As the light begins to dim, replace battery immediately.
WARNING!
•Long pull cord can entangle the patient and potentially be dangerous. Use with care and supervision
•As with magnets, care should be taken when this alarm is being used with a patient that has an implanted device, such as a pacemaker or defribrillator. Refer to the manufacturer of the device in question for specific guidelines.
