This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state (prov- ince to province). Some states (provinces) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior, contrary or additional representations or understandings, whether oral or written, concerning our warranty policy.
