The GXP21xx complies with FCC/CE and various safety standards. The GXP21xx power ad aptor is
compliant with the UL standard. Only use the universal power adapt or provided with the GXP21x x package.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damages to the phone caused by unsupported power adaptors.

If you purchased your GXP21xx from a reseller, please contact the compan y where you purchased your
phone for replacement, repair or refund. If you purchased the product directly from Grandstream, contact
your Grandstream Sales and Service Representative for a RMA (Return Materials A uthorization) number
before you return the product. Grandstream reserves the right to rem edy warranty policy without prior
notification.
