To attach the fence assembly:

 

1.Secure the left and right fence assemblies to the table with the fence lock handles. Note—Use the holes located closest to the edge of the cast iron table.

2.Secure the dust hood to the top of each fence assembly (Figure 9).

To attach the hold-downs:

 

1.Remove one of the hex bolts from each of the hold-down brackets.

2.Slide the hold-down brackets through the mounting holes on the dust cover and secure

them from the underside of the dust cover with the hex nuts removed in step 1.

3.Tighten the hex nuts until the hold-down brackets are secure.

4.Secure the hold-down finders to the hold-

down brackets by tightening the threaded star knob (Figure 10). Note—Do not worry about precise placement of the hold-down brackets or fingers at this time.
