SURTIDOR DE AGUA FRÍA

1. Preparación antes de usar la máquina de hielo y el surtidor de agua fría:

a)Corte la tubería de agua según las necesidades y evite doblar demasiado la tubería. Por lo general, el largo debe ser de menos de 18 pies (5m). Si la tubería de agua es demasiado larga, el contenido de hielo y el contenido de agua fría se ven afectados por la falta presión del agua.

b)La tubería de agua no puede soportar el calor. Manténgala alejada de las fuentes de calor.

c)Es probable que desee que un ingeniero de reparaciones instale la tubería de agua.

d)Instrucciones para la tubería de suministro de agua: La presión de agua fría debe ser de entre 21 y 123 libras por pulgada cuadrada para que el hielo se produzca automáticamente.

e)El filtro de agua es para quitar el cloro y los olores del agua. No puede esterilizar o destruir otros elementes, por lo tanto, asegúrese de conectar la tubería de agua a una fuente de agua potable.

2.Precauciones

a)Para evitar que se congele la tubería de agua, no la instale en un lugar que esté por debajo de los 32ºF.

b)Abra la válvula de agua para que pase el chorro de agua hasta que el agua esté limpia y pueda controlar si existen pérdidas en las juntas de la tubería de agua.

c)Cuando la temperatura de la máquina de hielo sea igual o inferior a los

5 ºF, comenzará a preparar hielo. (Descarte las primeras tandas de cubos de hielo si prepara hielo después de un tiempo prolongado en que no usó esta función.)

d)Después de que se instale el refrigerador, coloque la tubería de suministro de agua en un lugar adecuado para evitar presiones y daños.

e)El filtro de la tubería de agua tiene como función filtrar las impurezas del agua y para que los hielos estén limpios y sean higiénicos. Por lo tanto, el filtro absorberá impurezas durante el uso normal. Después de un período prolongado de uso, si los cubos de hielo se hacen más pequeños, es probable que el filtro tenga obstrucciones por las impurezas. Después de

6 meses de uso, se encenderá la luz indicadora de “Cambio de filtro”. En este momento, le sugerimos que concurra a un centro de atención posventa Haier autorizado de su zona o llame al 1-877-337-3639. Después de cam- biar el filtro, oprima el botón de reinicio del filtro de agua y manténgalo oprimido durante un segundo; la luz indicadora se apagará. El refrigera- dor incluye un filtro instalado; posteriormente, deberá comprar uno y cam- biarlo usted mismo.

f)La máquina de hielo sólo debe conectarse a una fuente de agua potable.
