PROBLEM

PROBABLE CAUSE

Coffee leaks from dispenser.

• Residue trapped in coffee tank dispensing mechanism under coffee tank seal/

Remove tank seal/filter assembly for cleaning.

 

Make sure tank seal/filter assembly is tight.

 

 

Coffee not brewing/

• Mineral deposits have built up. Clean the urn following instructions in “How to Clean.”
