Please note: all the warnings listed below apply to BOTH the 96618 2-Step Foot Switch and 96619 Foot Switch.

Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock and/or serious injury.

1.Do not use Foot Switch near water; switch mechanism is not insulated.

2.Inspect before use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

3.Do not use with any tool rated higher than 120 VAC, 15A.

4.Use only with a grounded 120V outlet.

5.Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during use.

6.Before leaving, turn off the main power switch of the tool used with Foot Switch.

7.Use only on flat, level surface able to support weight of Foot Switch and the operator.

8.Keep away from children. Do not let children play with Foot Switch.

9.When finished, always unplug from tool and store in a secure location.

10.If mounting the Foot Switch to the floor, verify that mounting surface has no hidden utility lines before drilling or driving screws.

11.Maintain proper balance during use to prevent foot from sliding off Switch.

12.The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
