15.Do not attempt to raise, lower, or move the treadmill until it is properly assembled. You must be able to safely lift 25 lbs. (11 kg) to raise, lower, or move the treadmill.

16.When folding or moving the treadmill, make sure that the storage latch is holding the frame securely in the storage position.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Thank you for selecting the new HEALTHRIDER® H10T treadmill. The H10T treadmill offers a selection of fea- tures designed to make your workouts at home more effective. And when youʼre not exercising, the treadmill can be folded up, requiring less than half the floor space of other treadmills.
