SERVICE NOTES:

1Gasket (18) must be replaced if diffuser-seat (15) is removed or replaced to avoid fluid leakage

2Gasket (17) must be replaced if fluid connector (30) is removed or replaced to avoid fluid leakage

3Lubricate threads

4Apply anaerobic pipe sealant to threads

5Apply high strength sealant to threads

6Thread nut to bottom thread of needle

FLUID

10Torque to 20±24 ft-lb (27±32 NSm)

11Torque to 15±19 ft-lb (20±26 NSm)

12Lubricate with light-weight oil

13Do not lubricate

7	Use tool (34) to pull needle cartridge until it bottoms in gun
	body front end insert.

8 U-cup lips face inward

If the gun has the AA RAC assembly, tighten the air cap

retaining ring until it bottoms out, while holding the orange tip guard in the desired direction.

9 Torque to 23±27 ft-lb (31±37 NSm)
