6.Réglage de l’écart horizontal entre les lames de découpe

Régler l’écart horizontal entre les lames de découpe (A dans la Fig. 2) à environ 1/10 ième de l’épaisseur de la plaque à découper en suivant les procédures suivantes (Fig. 3).

(1)Desserrer les boulons de fixation à tête hexagonale qui maintiennent la lame fixe. Desserrer l’écrou de blocage M4 et repousser légèrement les vis à fente M4.

(2)A partir du calibre d’épaisseur fourni, en sélectionner un qui correspond à 1/10 de l’épaisseur du panneau à découper. L’épaisseur de chaque calibre est marquée dessus. Insérer le calibre entre les lames puis serrer les boulons de fixation à tête hexagonale très légèrement. Ensuite, utiliser un tournevis pour tourner les vis boulonnées à fente M4 de façon à positionner la lame fixe jusqu’à ce qu’elle entre en contact avec la jauge d’épaisseur.

(3)Si l’espace entre les lames est plus grand que l’épaisseur du panneau à découper, il y aura quelques copeaux qu’il faudra nettoyer.

Si l’espace entre les lames est trop étroit, la vitesse de fait de faire l’espace un peu plus grand facilitera la coupe.

(4)Après le réglage, serrer les écrous M4 fermement pour qu’ils ne se relâchent pas pendant le fonctionnement.

(5)Serrer fermement les boulons de fixation à tête hexagonale qui tiennent la lame fixe.
