(1)High resolution
A high performance picture tube provides a high horizontal resolution of more than 750 lines.
(2)Stable picture
A stable picture with less fluctuation in size against the change in the brightness of screen is ensured by stabilizing the high voltage.
(3)High performance contour correction
A sharp picture is obtained because the leading and trailing edges of a signal is corrected by the aperture circuit.
(4)DC restoration
The stable black level is reproduced corresponding to the change of the aperture picture level (APL) by employing the pulse clamp method.
