HOBART DISPOSER SELECTOR CHART
FOODWASTE
DISPOSERS
A SIZE TO SOLVE ANY
FOODWASTE PROBLEM…
A disposer installed at each work station, in addition to the soiled dish table unit, provides the maxi- mum of convenience and sanitation. Foodwaste is ground and flushed through the drain lines instead of accumulating… elimi- nates handling and storage of filled garbage containers.
The Selector Chart is based on disposing of average foodwaste mix. 1⁄2 lb. food waste/person/meal should be used as a guide. If the mix will include a large percent- age of bones or other hard materials, specify a larger model disposer or additional units.
Refer to Hobart Foodwaste Dis- poser specification sheets for wide selection of accessories and controls.
