NOTE: This engine complies with EPA (Environmental Protec- tion Agency) regulations which require exhaust emission con- trol. As a result, the carburetor adjustment needle(s) are equipped with plastic cap(s) that limit the rotation from the original factory adjustment. If your unit exhibits specific perfor- mance problem(s) where the Trouble Shooting Section recom- mends a needle adjustment and you are at the limit of adjust- ment, the unit should be taken to a factory authorized service dealer for repair.
