If thesink is 34 or higher from the floor,the excesswater in Unicouplehoses

cannotbe drained directlyinto the sink. Itwill be necessary todrain excess

waterfr omhoses into a bowl or suitable container thatis heldoutside and lower

thanthe sink.

Connectthecoldwater supplyhoseto a threaded3/4(inch)connectorandmake sure thatit is
fastened tight ly in place.
Ift he water p ipes are n ew or have no t been used fo r an exten ded period of ti me, letthe water
runto make sure that the water is clear and free of impurities. If this precaution is not taken,
thereis a risk that the water inlet can getbl ockedand damage the appliance.
Thewater supply to the appliance can also be connected to the house hot waterline
(centralizedsystem, heatingsystem),as long as it doesnot exceed a temperat ure of 60 C.
In this case, the wa sh cycle time wil l be shortened b y about 15 minutes a nd thewash
efficiencyslightly reduced.
Theconnection must be made to the hot water line following the same procedures as those
forthe connection to the cold water line.

Insertthe drain hose into a drain pipe witha minimum diameter of 4 cm, or let itrunintothesink,makingsuretoavoidbending
orcrimping it. Use the special plastic support that comes with the appliance. The free end of the hose must be at a height
between40 and 100cm and must not be immersedin water.

Oncethe appliance is positioned,adjust the feet (screwing them in or out) t o adjust the

heightof the dishwasher,making it level. In any case ,the applianceshould not be inclined
