The harder the water, the more de tergent you may need.Remember,you should adjust the amount of detergent you use by small amounts until you find the correcta mount.

Tore move hard water spots, try the foll owing:

Run dishes through a no rmal wash program.

Removeall metal dishware, such as cutlery, pans,etc.,

from the di shwasher .

Donot adddetergent.

Pourtwo cups of vinegar into a bowland set the bowl face

up on thelo wer rackof the dishwasher.

Runthe dishesthrougha normalwash program.

Ifthis doesn't work, try the same processwith 1 / 4 cup of

citricacid crystals instead of vinegar.

Useonly detergent specificallymade for use in dishwashers.
Keep your detergen t fresh and dry. Do n'tp ut powder deterg ent
into the di spenser unt il You're re ady to wash d ishes.
Therinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water
fromforming droplets on your dishesth atcan leave spots and
streaks. It al so impro ves dryin g by allow ing water t o "sheet" o ff
the dishes.
Your dishw ashers ar e design ed to us e liquid r inse aids . The
rinseaid dispenser is located inside the doornext to the
detergentdispenser. To fill thedispenser, open the cap and
pourthe rinse aid into the dispenser until the level indicator
turnscompletely black. The dispenser holds about 100 ml of
liquid rinse aid.
Be careful not to ove rfill the dispen ser, because th is could
cause overs udsing. Wipe away any spills with a damp c loth.
Don'tforget to replace the cap before you closethe dishwasher
door.
Ifyou have soft water, you may not needrinse aid for it may
cause a whi te film to d evelop on yo ur dishes.

Table".Yourdishwashers thanconventional dishwashers. Generally, only o ne tablespoon of
detergentis needed for a normal wash load. Also, more heavily soiled items nee d more deter gent. Alwa ys add the d etergent ju st
beforestarting dishwasher,otherwise it could get dampand will not dissolve properly.

Toopen the dispenser, turn the cap to the "open"(left)
arrowand liftit out.
Pourthe rinse aid into the dispenser, beingcareful not to
overfill.
Replace the cap by i nserting it alig ned with "open" ar row
and turnin g it to th e closed ( right) ar row.
Ameasured amount of rinse aid is releasedduring the final rinse. Asw ithdet ergent, the amount
ofrinse aid needed for your dishes depends on the hardness of the water in your area. Too much
rinseaid can result inlather of foaming and causecloudiness or steakson your dishes. If the
waterin your area is very soft, you may not need rinse aid. If you do,you can dilute the rinse aid
withan equal amount of water.
Therinse aid dispenser has six settings. Always startwith the dispenser set on " 1 ". If spots and
poordrying are problems, increase the amount of rinse aid dispensedby r emoving the dispenser
lidand rotating the dial to "2". If the dishes still are not drying properly or are spotted, adjust the
dialto the next higher number until your dishes are spot-free. We suggest you to set on "4" .
(Ifonly four settings we suggest you to set on "2".)
